PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop new adhesive and coating technologies according to the company technology roadmaps.

2. Complete projects according to customer needs and timetables.

3. Ensure that customer， Sales， and Application Engineering have all technical information needed to properly cure and use new formulations.
确保客户、销售、应用工程师都有完整的信息从而能正确固化和使用新的配方。
4. Stay current with patent and chemical literature.
了解最新的专利和化学文献。
5. Interface with Manufacturing， QC and AE as required to solve customer problems.
衔接好制造、质量控制和工程应用，切实的解决客户的问题。
6. Maintain laboratory notebooks.
做好实验纪录。
    
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
职位要求：
1.Bachelor degree with 2-3 years of formulary development experience in adhesives or coatings.
本科以上学历，有2-3年胶黏剂或涂料配方的研发经验。
2.Experience in 1-part and 2-part adhesive systems based on epoxy， polyurethane， moisture/condensation， and/or addition systems. Cationic systems experience strongly preferred.
3.有单组份和双组份的环氧、 聚氨酯、 湿气固化及其他体系经验。有阳离子体系经验优先。
